2. What shipping options are available?

We currently offer the following shipping methods exclusively to U.S. customers:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days – $20.00

  • FREE SHIPPING: 7–14 business days – FREE (Our most popular choice!)

  • Standard Shipping: 7–14 business days – $10.00

Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and may vary due to location, holidays, or carrier volume.

3. How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders process and ship within 1–3 business days. After your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is:

  • Express Shipping: 3–6 business days

  • Standard / Free Shipping: 7–14 business days We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as your phone case is on its way!

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We are working on expanding our shipping destinations in the future—sign up for our newsletter to get updates!

5. What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window for unused, undamaged phone cases in their original packaging.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at HozCocha@gmail.com with photo evidence so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
